What ever the event - be it a product launch, exhibition, conference, seminar, team building activity, promotional activity or private corporate function, we have photographers with the experience to cover every situation. Free Attendance at Events ::

At many events such as exhibitions, corporate company bashes and fun runs we may be able to attend free of charge. For this to work we need to be able to sell direct to your delegates, clients or guests. In return we will often supply free press coverage to organisers and in some instances we will also pay commission on our turnover from the event. Hourly Rates ::

London Event Photography charge £160 for the 1st hour of attendance and £90 for each subsequent hour. There are no additional charges to speak of as this service includes.

• A high resolution copyright CD rom containing all the photos
• One photographer in attendance
• All photos are printed to 6x4 (15x10) if required
• A photo display web site for direct online ordering facilities
• Travel/Parking/Congestion charge is included within London
• Unlimited Digital coverage as required

Simply put, for a typical London function were the photographer attends for two hours, provides a CD rom of all photos and a free set of prints, the cost works out at £250 plus VAT.

There is a minimum booking time of 2 hours. For bookings of 4 hours or more we deduct 10% and on booking of 8 hours or more we deduct 15%.

At many events, the photography is done digitally and the photos viewed straight away on a lap top computer. The client is then able to assure themselves that all necessary photos have been taken and a CD rom burnt on the spot and handed over. It's a good way to work for both photographer and client.
